well it only took me a year, but i've finally finished pepper's haiku sweater. i am so glad that i decided to knit this a size too big and then messed up my gauge, which made the sweater much longer than planned, because it definitely took me a lot longer to knit than i had expected.

either way, it is finally done and just in the nick of time for cool weather. i wove in the ends before church and so she has been wearing it all around looking very cute today. the yarn is debbie bliss cashmerino which knit up so beautifully and has such a nice drape that i am already planning what to make out of it next.

this was only my second project from a pattern so in all i am very happy!
